Refugees/Immigrants/Asylees face many challenges both in and outside of the workplace. The mission of Immigreat Lancaster, Inc. is to support Employees with Refugee Status and their employers toward mutual benefit.

While our mission endeavors to reduce generational poverty, facilitate gainful employment, and increase sense of purpose, it also results in various benefits for Lancaster companies.

Our work reduces significant local workforce shortages, increases diversity in local companies (which research shows benefits the morale and financial growth of companies), and provides a significant boost to the local economy (e.g. greater tax revenue when the refuge workforce is employed at a level commensurate with their education).
